Patient Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be mindful of our cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your booked appointment, it will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

If you no-show your appointment, it will result in a $50 no show fee.

LATE POLICY

Insight Imaging has a 5 minute late policy. Anything after 5 minutes will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the no-show service fee of $50 and we will be rescheduling your appointment.

Please contact the office if something comes up. We understand things happen, but we will not tolerate no communication.
